It is such a difficult to choose best one from the over 9,000 plugins available for WordPress. I apply Google XML sitemaps and All in one Seo plugin in my WordPress website. It is so nice and I like to add some more from you list.

Feedshark is nice but it doesn't let yo do all of the sites, it only does the ones it thinks are good. Pingable is good too. Just make sure you don't use multiple automated systems at the same time as you could get banned from some sites.

You're welcome. However, sometimes when you are in an organization you don't get to select your role the role is selected for you and/or you play multiple roles. Personally I like to play all of them at one time or another so you can get a taste of how the other people work.
